Welcome to duo°! By booking a stay or event through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions are issued by duo°, represented by Keegan Francis Rodrigues.

1. Services Offered
duo° provides luxury villa stays and event hosting services in Goa. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• A minimum 75% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The balance payment must be completed 01 day prior to check-in/event date.

• Payments are accepted via [bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, etc.].

 
3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 01 days before check-in/event date are eligible for a [partial/full] refund.

• Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.

• Cancellations made less than 01 days in advance will incur 20% cancellation fee.

• In case of force major or unforeseen circumstances, duo° reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

• Any damages to property or facilities will be charged accordingly.

• Respect for neighbours and noise limits is expected, especially after 11 PM.

 
5. Check-in/Check-out Policy

• Standard check-in time: [08:00 PM]

• Standard check-out time: [10:00 AM]
  Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 
6. Event Regulations

• Events must comply with local laws and permissions.

• Alcohol, music, and guest limits must follow local guidelines and be pre-approved by duo°.

 
7. Liability
duo° is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or theft during the stay or event.

• External factors such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or third-party service disruptions.

 
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
 
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Goa.
